• Limitations & Liability:

We are not responsible for any damages arising from app usage, including technical errors or service interruptions.

• Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of updates via the app.

• Account Termination:

The owner company reserves the right to suspend or cancel a user's account at any time if the terms and conditions are violated, suspicious or illegal activity occurs, or if the driver fails to perform his or her assigned duties effectively and efficiently.
The user may also close his or her account at any time via the app

• Limitation of Liability:

Click Express acts as a digital marketing website and intermediary between customers and stores. Whether the order is placed through the website or the app, Click Express is not responsible for any additional expenses or compensation in the event of direct or indirect damages or losses incurred due to reasons such as:Severe weather conditions, government actions, traffic accidents, civil disturbances, public riots, theft, technical failures, and construction work by authorities.
